FdSc in Web Technologies
The Foundation Degree in Web Technologies (FdWT) aims to develop the knowledge, technical and transferable skills needed by those working, or seeking to work in areas related to the Web, new media and the Internet. It covers: web design and development, database design and development, programming, information systems and computer systems. Options in years two and three and a work-related project give students a chance to specialise in an area of specific interest.
- Success on the Foundation Degree in Web Technologies enables students to enrol on the BSc in Information Systems and Computing and obtain an honours degree in two additional years of part-time study.
- From January 2011, we are also offering the first year of this programme at Stratford. For anyone considering studying at Birkbeck Stratford, there are great financial support packages and generous bursaries to help you graduate without debt.
