MSc in Information Technology
Entry Requirements
- A Second Class Honours Bachelors degree or equivalent in a subject other than computing or information systems. Applicants with less than the required level of academic qualification may be considered if they have significant relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Note that MSc Information Technology serves as an entry point to MSc Computer Science. Those part-time MSc Information Technology students who pass each of the FoC, ISD, CS and IS modules (i.e. to have at least 50% mark of the weighted average of the exam and coursework) in their first year could choose to migrate to (the second year of) MSc CS, and then they would have to pass the C++ module in their second year besides DKM,OODP, and one optional module plus the project in order to get the MSc CS degree.
