As with the previous Web Dynamics Workshops, the primary aim of this workshop is to encourage discussion and interaction between researchers in the area of Web Dynamics.
On the evidence of the outcomes of the first two workshops, we expect a lively and well-attended event, where participants will have the opportunity to discuss and debate the most recent research advances and open research issues, to form new contacts, and to discover new opportunities for collaboration.
The technical programme will include short presentations of all accepted papers. The final versions of accepted papers will be posted on the Web shortly after the workshop and an informal printed proceedings will be produced for use during the workshop.
After the workshop, participants may be invited to submit full-length papers for further reviewing and publication in a formal proceedings, or in a journal special issue. However, submission of papers to the workshop does not commit authors to publication in any later, formal proceedings. Thus, we do not insist that work submitted to this workshop has not or will not be published in other forums.
