My research focuses on Information Retrieval, Data-Mining, and Machine learning applied to domain specific corpora in the Digital Humanities.

As part of the PhD I have been developing SAMTLA (Search And Mining Tools for Linguistic Analysis) a language model-based search engine for Aramaic magic texts from late antiquity.
